Miss Diercks was born and raised in Red Wing, Minnesota. She attended St. John’s Lutheran School from first to eighth grade. After graduating from Red Wing Central High School, she went on to Dr. Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN.
Miss Diercks has taught all of her years in the Milwaukee area. She taught first, second, fourth, and departmentalized in fifth and sixth grade at Woodlawn/Lamb of God. After 27 years at Woodlawn, she accepted a call to Fairview Lutheran School where she taught third and fourth grade for three years. For two years Miss Diercks was the Extended Learning teacher at St. John’s Lutheran for grades one through eighth, and eighth grade English. She is currently teaching Kindergarten at St. Lucas School. The Lord has blessed her with almost 32 years of teaching.
